With over 10 years of experience in skincare and massage therapy, plus a background in five-star luxury spas and as an NFL cheerleader, I bring confidence, grace, and positive energy to every session—empowering you to relax, restore, and reconnect with your best self. Certified Mindful Stretch Therapist, I guide gentle movement for mobility , stress relief, nuturing body/mind through compassionate , intentional stretch & renewed vitality. Off the table, I’m a fun, loving, nurturing mom to 2 beautiful daughters, I bring values of integrity, service and compassion to my work and I remain passionate about helping clients prioritize well-being and mindful self-care.
